Souvlaki at Grecian Gyro starts with marinated pork tenderloin, grilled and served the way it has been served since Nick Koulouris opened the Hapeville shop in 1982. Order it as a wrap, grilled pita folded around the pork, onions, and tomatoes with Nick's Famous Grecian Sauce, or go with the Grecian plate, which adds Grecian potatoes and a salad alongside the meat. Either way it is the same tenderloin, marinated and grilled to order. Add a side of Grecian Potatoes if the plate does not already come with enough.
