How to build a Grecian bowl

How to build a Grecian bowl

The Build Your Own Grecian Bowl works in four steps: pick a base, pick one protein, pick three toppings, and finish with one sauce. It is the same gyro meat, chicken, and steak that goes into the gyros and the wraps, just served over a base instead of wrapped in grilled pita. If you would rather skip the bowl format, the Gyro Plate and Chicken Plate cover the same proteins with Grecian potatoes and salad on the side, and a Grecian Salad with Meat turns the whole thing into a lighter option.
