Grecian Gyro's lamb gyro is really a blend: thin-sliced beef and lamb, grilled and stacked inside a grilled pita, never a cold one. We top it with onions, tomatoes, and Nick's Famous Grecian Sauce, the same recipe Nick Koulouris brought to Hapeville in 1982. Order it as a gyro wrap to go, or build a full Grecian plate with potatoes and salad on the side. Add a Grecian Salad with Meat for extra protein, or build your own wrap and skip what you don't want.
