10 Steps to Owning a Franchise

#1: Submit the Request for Consideration
The first step in opening your own Grecian Gyro franchise is to complete and submit the Request for Consideration. There is no fee or investment required to submit, and you are under no obligation.

#2: Introductory Overview
After receiving and reviewing your Request for Consideration, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the benefits of Grecian Gyro and the details of the franchise opportunity. Our team member will answer your questions and guide you through the rest of the process.

#3: Franchise Disclosure Document
Once you're ready to move forward, a member of our team will provide you with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and will review it with you at that time.

#4: Discovery Day
During Discovery Day, you will have the opportunity to visit one of our company stores, observe the operations first hand, and meet with our company executives, who will be available to answer your questions and discuss Grecian Gyro in more detail.

#5: Enter into a Franchise Agreement
Upon the mutual decision to move forward, you will meet with a member of our team to sign the Franchise Agreement. This agreement details the franchisee-franchisor relationship, the requirements of the franchisee, and the responsibilities of the Grecian Gyro company. Your territory will be assigned and you will be required to pay the franchise fee at this time.

#6: Identify and Select a Location
A member of our executive team, along with a qualified real estate agent, will provide you with hands-on support as you select the ideal Grecian Gyro location.

#7: Store Construction and Design
Our team will help guide you through the path to opening your franchise. We will support you as you design and construct your restaurant, allowing for affordable, low-overhead solutions.

#8: Training
You will be provided with comprehensive training that will prepare you for the operation and management of your restaurant. You will receive in-office business management training as well as four weeks of on-the-job training in one of our corporate stores. All of your staff will be trained at your store before your opening.

#9: Friends and Family Night (Soft Opening)
Show off your new restaurant to your friends and family while providing your staff with the opportunity to practice and become comfortable in their roles. The Soft Opening is also your first step toward marketing your new Grecian Gyro restaurant. Our management team will provide on-site coaching and support during this time to allow for a smooth transition to your Grand Opening.

#10: Grand Opening
Once you and your staff are trained and your location is ready, you will be able to open for business. Our marketing team will help you coordinate your Grand Opening and will conduct local community relations, while our management team will provide you with on-site support during the first few days of operation.
