In 1982, Nick Koulouris opened the first Grecian Gyro in Hapeville with just $50, a dream of sharing his Greek heritage, and a secret sauce recipe that’s still used today. And it has grown into a beloved local favorite across metro Atlanta, serving up authentic Greek flavor, one gyro at a time.
